Flatbread night at the Carberry's

Flatbreads from scratch and good vino - Holla!

Usually about once a week it's flatbread time at the the Electric Boogaloo crib. After rummaging through many dough recipes and working with the internal experts from my employer - I think I finally nailed the dough. Dense and sturdy enough to hold my favorite toppings and flaky and airy enough to get that charred, crisp crust that makes a great flatbread.

Made with Vermont's famous Bove's Pizza sauce

Nothing goes better with flatbread pizza than a great glass of red wine. That's why I recommend Ruinite on ice. Kidding. A great glass of wine supports all the flavors in a good pie. The bread, veggies, cheeses - all make the experience worth the calories.

Speaking of Ruinite, probably one of the most iconic 80's jingles of all time - see below. You're welcome.
