Drink your morning coffee (Stout)

That's my thumb, it's a nice thumb.

Do you like coffee? Check. Do you like stout? Check. Do you like Coffee stout? Go pick up your prize. One of my "male" friends is the chief brewer at Adirondack Brewery in Lake George, NY. He's a CIA grad and brings a unique, eclectic approach to brewing beers. I've even asked him to brew a beer made with Panera only ingredients. We will see how that turns out.

As many of you know, I'm both a fan of coffee and handcrafted brews. Adam (as we'll call him) brought over a keg of coffee stout to my brother in-laws barbecue last night (pictured above) that was maniacally tasty. If you've never been to ADK Brewery or haven't tried the beers - shame on you.  For my money (and my wife's), it's the best beer from here to NYC.  So, if you're ever up in the Lake George area, make sure you make a trip to the brewery and say hi to Adam - he's the hipster brewer in the back with a chic beard.
